One standard
There's no stricter bar for Varcove's own products and a looser one for what we build for other companies. The same architectural criteria, the same rigor, the same care.
Rigor where it matters, AI where it helps
In systems where the result needs to be reproducible and auditable, generative AI comes in as an optional layer — not the decision engine. It's the standard we apply whenever the problem calls for rigor over convenience.
Built to last
We favor architecture decisions that age well over quick fixes that turn into technical debt within a year. That goes for the code, and it goes for the company.
Who's behind it
Origin
Varcove was founded in 2026 out of the need to bring together two fronts that were already happening in practice: building products of its own, and applying that same engineering capability to real problems at other companies. Apeirum is the product front; engineering applied to other contexts is the other. Varcove is the company that connects both and carries the technical foundation for what comes next.
Caike Machado Batista Costa — Founder
An Information Systems graduate (FURB), with experience across software development, corporate systems, and artificial intelligence — spanning web development, backend, integrations, and analytics. His academic work focused on Transformers and RAG.
Before Varcove, he built Apeirum as a private AI platform for companies and worked on applied systems for other contexts, along with document intelligence and integration projects.
