1. What this site is for

This site presents Varcove, the products we build and the engineering services we provide to other companies. It exists to inform, and to let you get in touch.

Varcove is the brand under which Caike Machado Batista Costa, a natural person, carries out this activity.

2. Use and acceptance

By browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

3. Permitted use

You may freely access, read and share the content of this site, including quoting it with attribution.

What is not permitted:

• attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or to the infrastructure that serves it;
• using the contact form for automated submissions, spam or unlawful content;
• reproducing the site, or a substantial part of it, as your own;
• using the content in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

4. Intellectual property

The Varcove name, the visual identity, the text, the diagrams and the organisation of this site's content belong to Varcove and are protected, to the extent applicable, by copyright and industrial property law.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are referred to for identification only.

5. Products and services

Product and service descriptions on this site are informational. Features, availability and development stage may change.

Where a product is presented as in development or as a waitlist, that is not a commitment to release on any particular date.

6. Proposals and quotes

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding commercial offer.

Filling in the contact form creates no contractual relationship and no obligation to engage, on either side. Every project depends on its own scope, proposal and contract, agreed in writing between the parties — and it is those documents that prevail, not what is described on this site.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp and external pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, practices or terms. Using them is governed by the conditions of their respective providers.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure or factors outside our control, and some content may be inaccurate or out of date. We correct what is identified.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause, under the applicable legislation.

We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this site's informational content, without a specific proposal or contract between us, nor for the operation or content of third-party services reached from here.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that Brazilian law grants you and that cannot be waived, including those under the Consumer Protection Code where applicable.
